It sounds like this is for business, so going with a professional FTP hosting service is a better bet than free (you often get what you pay for). Pretty much every host can give you a folder to FTP to, but not near as many offer private FTP folders like you’re describing, the best I know of is from Online Institute. They give you individual FTP accounts with their own username, password and folder, so you can have multiple folders that are independent from each other. Their FTP Hosting service is here:

or there’s the online file folder option from Publish247, it’s a good data storage solution but they don’t give you mulitple private logins:

both are relatively low-cost and trust-worthy FTP hosting companies.

All reputable web hosts include http://ftp. Take a look at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. They have a really great offer & I have used them for over 3 yrs now, and have never had a single problem with them. Their service is really great and easy to use.
