Digital Radio Comm Setup for Linux

Amateur radio folks have enjoyed audio digital chat modes for a century - Morse code. I may not know Morse code myself, but I do have a ham license and I use my computer to modulate signals for me. It’s sort of like instant messaging without the Internet, or the wires - and I’ve talked to Hawaii, Alaska, Japan, South America, and the East coast pretty easily.
Having reconfigured a computer for the umpteenth time to run PSK31 on my ICOM IC-718, I wanted to make my configuration information available for my own reference, and everyone else. So, I wrote up an article, and this is the illustration. The article is about configuring fldigi to use a RigBlaster Plug and Play to operate digital modes on an ICOM IC-718 transceiver, and you can find it here.
